Adaptability Video Water Flows
Water is essential to life. Water is essential for growth.
Take a moment and extend that idea into what other lessons we can learn from observing and experiencing water.
We have all heard the phrase “go with the flow” yet how often do we actually connect that with the reality that water has to flow to reach its destination.
In like manner, we function best when we allow ideas to flow. When we collide with a rock in our path, follow the path of least resistance and flow around it. Let the water work naturally and “flow” with it and you will feel the results of personal growth as well.
In a way it is following an “earthy” marketing method for your business.
Attitude of Gratitude
An Attitude of Gratitude Supports Success.
Your mindset or attitude makes all the difference in the world when it comes to your results or success.
The saying is “If you think you CAN or if you think you CAN’T. You are right.”
Not many people want to hang around with negative thinkers for long. It drags them all down into a negative spiral. It is hard to get out of that swamp. Your best choice is to avoid it if you can. IF you cannot, carry your own life-vest in the form of your own Attitude of Gratitude to keep yourself afloat.
What do you have to be grateful about?
Well. If nothing else… Gravity. It keeps us connected to the planet!
When all around me goes awry and people are pulling every which way to no avail. I ask everyone to pause for a moment. Hold a pencil out at arm’s length. Let go. Observe. Which direction did the pencil go?
If it goes down in response to gravity, as it should, then you can be assured there IS something stable in this world again. Take a deep breath. Smile at each other. Thank the person who did the demonstration for bringing you back to reality. And then get back to work with renewed and refreshed focus. That works better than a lecture on mindset or attitude any time.
A friend of mine said today — when you feel too tired to be thankful, you can at least be thankful you could DO something enough to get yourself tired!
I wake up with an attitude of gratitude. Thank God I am alive and have this day before me to do good somehow. Hang around me for a while and you will notice how often I mutter, thank God! And it is truly a thanksgiving frame of mind. Even for the little stuff. Like thank God for the little car that still runs and for the mechanic who helps me out when it does not run.
This is Thanksgiving time in America. A time to be grateful for the harvest. A time to celebrate family traditions. Invite someone new to your Thanksgiving table to share your blessings and you shall be enriched by the experience.
